Although I know when I'm sick, I start questioning whether I am sick enough, if it is okay to miss something really important just a regular day, how I am supposed to know far enough in advance to reschedule things if I will be sick that day... argh!!Princess Pointfulhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10911296163218358167noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-842813601973874118.post-61738928736434520862008-11-08T13:34:00.000-06:002008-11-08T13:34:00.000-06:00Stress and anxiety are bad for the immune system. ...Stress and anxiety are bad for the immune system. Have you heard of 5htp? It's a suppliment that helps balance seratonin and helps you to chill out. Also getting enough sleep really helps.

Hope you feel better soon.Prunella Joneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05417020468879289426noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-842813601973874118.post-67319621501949939182008-11-07T10:31:00.000-06:002008-11-07T10:31:00.000-06:00Hope you feel better soon. Then about 4 years ago I developed Adult Onset Asthma just out of the blue. (I always had hay fever in the summer but it was mild) Now I suffer from sinus and allergy problems more or less allyear round. In the summer my nose will just drip yellow fluid constantly morning till night. Not very nice. People who don't have this problem don't realise how it drags you down.Jameshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12862893880440624911noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-842813601973874118.post-79457148017749200292008-11-07T10:09:00.000-06:002008-11-07T10:09:00.000-06:00Feel better soon!Feel better soon!Nancehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17627214346956206283noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-842813601973874118.post-6946192238613087722008-11-07T03:03:00.000-06:002008-11-07T03:03:00.000-06:00I hope you get better soon. Martyring yourself to come into work when you're truly ill earns you NO brownie points if you infect the rest of the office.

My boss once made me sign the "work from home" request of a co-worker who was leaving for the day because he was sick, because the boss didn't want to touch the germy paper. Yeah. If I may make a suggestion, I think you need to see a specialist of some kind, so you can be healthy all the time.
I think your headaches, throwing up, and allergies are all signs of something else.

Kudos for making it into work.
Can you believe I have only called in sick once in 4 yrs and I only did that so I could drink. I have had a killer migraine for the last 3 days, that I am taking my allergy meds, and excedrin migraine during the day and fiorecet at night (I know, I spelled stuff wrong)

I understand the misery and if you get any extra chocolate, send it my wayAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
